This hotel has a perfect location, right in the center of the city. It's great for exploring all the important places nearby. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with nice amenities like coffee making facilities. Breakfast is included and there's even unlimited coffee and biscuits until 11pm.

No complaints, everything was just fine.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in this old but nicely renovated hotel. The room we had was very comfortable, clean and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. The staff was helpful and friendly, giving recommendations on places to eat and things to see. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of major tourist attractions like the Winter Palace and shopping areas.

That the elevator was almost unusable, so we had to take the stairs to our room on the top floor. The noise level during the night was also a bit high, but fortunately, we managed to sleep through it.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with the famous attractions just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, with unlimited coffee and biscuits until late in the evening.

All in all, I had a fantastic stay and couldn't fault anything.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem in the heart of the city, just steps away from the magnificent Hermitage museum. the warm welcome, clean rooms, and helpful staff exceeded our expectations, making us feel at home. Being able to enjoy a cup of coffee at a nearby shop was also a delightful experience. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

The elevator was a bit old and small but still functional.

I was initially worried about the entrance and the old lift, but once inside, the staff at Sonata Nevsky 5 Palace Square were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They even greeted us with a glass of wine upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on Nevsky Prospekt with easy access to restaurants, the Hermitage, and other historical sites. Despite the unconventional setup of the building, the room itself was clean and met our needs. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

The hotel's entrance was difficult to find, hidden in a dingy hallway, and the lift was tiny and could barely fit one person with a small suitcase. the breakfast was basic and of poor quality, with little variety and food left uncovered and unchilled.
